What is the Information-Link service?
Information-Link is an online catalogue, brochure and voucher ordering service enabling you to request such information from the comfort of your home or office. Instead of visiting the High Street or searching the internet for gift ideas, the latest fashions, or for inspiration for your next holiday, Information-Link has combined together the catalogues, brochures and vouchers from both large mainstream and small specialist suppliers, into one service for you to peruse at your leisure.
Most catalogues, brochures and information packs are delivered to you at home, some vouchers will be delivered through e-mail so you can go and use your money off voucher straight away online.
The Information-Link service is FREE to use, fast and efficient. You will not be charged for ordering catalogues, brochures and vouchers, and there is no obligation to buy from the companies or organizations whose information you have requested.
How can I order my catalogues, brochures and vouchers?
First thing to do is browse the different pages of the Information-Link website until you find something of interest.
Once you are ready to request a catalogue, brochure or voucher, click on the button under each catalogue that says "Add to my Basket", this will then be added to your basket shown on the left hand of the page.
If there is another catalogue, brochure or voucher that you would like to request, just click on the button for that item and it will also be added to the basket. There are multiple pages of catalogues, brochures and vouchers for you to choose from and there is no restriction in terms of the different pages you can choose from. Your requests will be remembered in your basket until you have finished.
Once you have finished requesting information, you must click on the “Arrange Delivery” button, complete you name and address and e-mail details then click the "I agree, order my free selection" button to complete your order.
What is the next step?
The Information-Link team will firstly check your order to ensure that there are not any duplicate requests and ensure that your postal details are accurate. Then your details will be supplied to the organizations of the catalogues, brochures and vouchers you have selected. Information-Link does not hold a stock of catalogues and brochures, the fulfillment of these will be handled by the companies whose catalogues and brochures you have requested.
Is there a limit to the number of brochures and catalogues can I order?
There is limit of 9 catalogues, brochures and vouchers that can be order within a 24 hour period. Please remember that whilst this service is completely FREE to use, the companies and organizations supplying the information have to bear the expense of printing and posting your information.
What will happen if I do not confirm my request?
You will not receive any of the requested information, you must confirm your request by clicking on the link in your e-mail, no catalogues, brochures or vouchers will be sent out until they are confirmed.
How do I confirm my request for catalogues, brochures and vouchers?
You will receive an e-mail simply asking you to click on a link to confirm your order as being genuine. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send the information on to the relevant companies. All requests are reviewed by Information-Link before being delivered to the individual organizations. We reserve the right to not deliver your request to the relevant companies - and the companies themselves are free to not fulfil any order for their own reasons.
